Aurora — Rose
Product Details
Aurora — فجر
In every sky, there is a moment when light becomes something else entirely. Not the sun, not the moon — something rarer. A wash of rose and gold that appears without warning, stays without permission, and leaves before you think to ask its name. Scientists call it Aurora. In Arabic, they say Daw' Al Fajr — the light of the first breath of morning.
Cobalt named this frame for that moment.
The finest wire in SUN OBJECT. Rose gold metal so thin it disappears into the face and leaves only the gaze — a dark grey lens held in a hairline of gold, the way dawn holds the last of the night.
You don't wear Aurora to be noticed. You wear Aurora because some lights don't announce themselves.
SUN OBJECT. The first light. The finest gold.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
SUN OBJECT frames are built to last — treat them with the same intention they were made with.
Clean the lenses daily
Use the microfibre cloth provided. Avoid paper, clothing, or dry surfaces — they carry micro-abrasives that damage lens coatings over time.
Rinse before wiping
If lenses are dusty or sandy, rinse with lukewarm water first. Never wipe dry lenses that have debris on them.
Store in the case
Always return your pair to its hard case when not in use. Leaving frames loose in a bag — even for minutes — is where most damage happens.
Keep away from heat
Do not leave frames in direct sunlight on a dashboard or near a heat source. Acetate warps and lens coatings degrade above 60°C.
Handle with two hands
Opening and closing the arms with one hand repeatedly weakens the hinge. Two hands, always — it takes one second and doubles the lifespan.
